REALSOURCE LLC is a licensed direct lender providing business financing solutions, including but not limited to working capital loans, equipment financing, revenue-based financing, and other business funding products. All lending decisions are made at our sole discretion based on our underwriting criteria.
We reserve the right to approve, deny, or modify any funding application based on our evaluation of creditworthiness, business viability, and other factors we deem relevant. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or constitute an offer of credit.
To apply for our lending services, you must:
Providing false or misleading information in your application may result in immediate denial and potential legal action.
Specific terms for each loan, including principal amount, interest rate, repayment schedule, fees, and other conditions, will be detailed in a separate loan agreement. You agree to review and sign a formal loan agreement before receiving any funds.
All loans are subject to our underwriting approval and may require collateral, personal guarantees, or other security as determined by our credit team. Fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed in your loan agreement.
You agree to repay all borrowed amounts according to the schedule and terms outlined in your loan agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees, penalties, and negative reporting to credit bureaus.
If you experience difficulty making payments, contact us immediately to discuss potential solutions. Failure to communicate or make payments as agreed may result in collection actions, legal proceedings, and damage to your credit profile.
If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from REALSOURCE LLC, the following terms apply:
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from REALSOURCE LLC, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). Messages may include offers, updates, information about our financial products and services, and other relevant communications.
You expressly consent to receive SMS messages by checking the opt-in box on our contact form or other designated forms. Your consent is voluntary and not required to apply for or receive our lending services.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, though actual frequency may be lower depending on available offers and updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging charges from your mobile carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. Contact your carrier for pricing details.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

Consent to receive SMS messages is NOT a condition of purchase or use of our lending services. You may apply for and receive funding without subscribing to SMS communications.
REALSOURCE LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network coverage and may be affected by factors outside our control.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of REALSOURCE LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REALSOURCE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REALSOURCE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, except where prohibited by law.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against REALSOURCE LLC.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with any loan agreements you sign and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and REALSOURCE LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
